Ran 12x300M (or 10 or 8) in two equal sets with only ~30 seconds of 100M jog recovery between.

After the workout all us coaches heard about all of Claudia's Hawaiian adventures as we shivered in the shade of the gym. Hmmmm Hawaii. . .
