Comments:
I didn't get the chance to cool down after the race, because I was spending time with family. So after taking a 3.5 hour nap, I ran just about 2.5 miles around the Gunson, Burcham, Grand River loop. Surprisingly, I still felt pretty good in the legs. I just wanted to do that, so I don't feel like ass tomorrow and I hit 60 for the week. Happy I was able to get 60 again.
