Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Today would be good to get a double if hamstring has been cooperating..let's take advantage of no clinic tommoro and try to do an easy 6 miler in the morning and a harder type 5 miler in the afternoon at run club...
For the 5 mikes... let's shoot for 40 minutes or less assuming body and weather cooperate!

morning... 6 miles 9:30 pace... still felt leg
afternoon... 5 miles with sarah...felt leg, but less intense... so was able to push a bit more...overall 8 min pace..
