practice was pushed back an hour to 10:30, which was awesome. most people went to bee hill but I decided to pass on that, since I'm still trying to get healthy. I ran with Emily, Leah, Caroline, Hannah, and Adrienne. We just did Gale Blair. I cut it shorter than I could have because I was feeling lightheaded. I really need to get healthy.
