Comments:
Did a two lap warm up
Aimed for 6:00 mile pace , it was cold but it felt good.
1st mile 6:05
2nd mile 5:57
3rd mile 5:53
4th mile 6:02
Had a two minute recovery in between each mile.then did some weights
