Speedy workout on the river

Comments:
Did 10x (1 min on, 1 min off) w/ Chris George and Michael Barrett from the BAA. I was feeling better than I have in the last 9 days and after reading Jacob Gaba's running log about the 800 workout yall did, I thought at the very least I should try to match that pace (~5:20 per mile). We started at a 5:40ish mile pace but I steadily worked my way down to 5:15 or better. Super encouraging the finally be tapping into some speeeeeed. I guess that's what the second half of your season is increasingly about.

River was gorgeous at sunset.
