Comments:
Good race. Could have been better. 5:55 first mile, 9:25 1.55. Finish in 19:13. Pie was good after. If I had to guess on pace for miles 2 and 3 I would say mile 2 was 12:16, and the last 1.11, 6:57. I think those splits indicate a pretty consistent and solid race. However, I tend to think consistency means that I have more to give. Caught an in-race leaf, making it 5 on the season.
