workout on Cluett Meadow today! we did 5 min threshold, 5x2 min at 3k, 5 min threshold. Everything had 2ish min recovery. I was breathing really well, so it was a fun workout for me. I was with Wyndom the whole time, Adrienne for the first 5 min, and Chelsey for everything but the first 5 min. I felt a little tight at the beginning, but after that, everything felt really good. First threshold was like 7:20 pace, the 2 min pieces were mostly in the 6:30s, one a little faster and one a little slower, and the second threshold was like 7:05 pace. The long recoveries were really nice and no interval felt really hard. Felt like I could've done more. I'm looking forward to racing this weekend and it looks like I could maybe get to do another race after that a couple weeks later. I'm not sure how likely that is, but hopefully I'll make it more likely by racing well on Saturday.
