Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was planning to take today off but there was a workout, so I did it. Those of us racing this weekend warmed up to Cole field and then did 2 min cruise, then 400@mile, 300 recovery, 300@mile, 200 recovery, 200@mile, 100 rest, 100@mole, then 2 min cruise. It was fun to go a little faster again. First cruise was like 6:45 pace, miles were like high 5:40s, and last cruise was like 6:40. Not sure if I should run or not tomorrow, since it’s been a little while since my last off day.
