Comments:
Started out in a big group with alumni and current team members as we headed up bee hill, which is so hard. Just as I was about to get dropped by everyone, we turned in to the lookout point. The top of Bee Hill is so beautiful, especially during the foliage and in the morning. It was my first time going there but man it was so nice. After that it was a bit more up and thankfully the run is mostly down after that. After a bit we split off into smaller groups and I ran with Katie and Wyndom. Felt pretty crappy and lightheaded at times and think I nearly threw up. But we got through it. Legs were definitely very tired from yesterday. I’m also starting to feel a bit worn down in the shins and feet. After, a nice Driscoll brunch, including a long chat with Matt.
lift later on, definitely feeling pretty worn down. I realized that it has been 26 days since I last took a full off day and 20 days since I last just cross trained, so it's definitely time for one soon. Should be tapering soon anyways! Found out for sure today that I will get to race again at USATFs in Boston in 2 weeks, and I'm really excited about that.
