No bad weather, just soft people

It was windy, cool, and rainy today. Some people would say that is bad weather, but those people are probably soft.

The workout today was 16x400m at 5k pace w/ 1:00 rest in between each. This workout was not meant to make anybody suffer and at the end of it you're supposed to feel like you could do a bunch more. At that was very true. I averaged 1:16's (15:50 5k pace, which is perfect for being on a track) and felt very good. Good tuneup for Regionals.

Afterwards I did 4x100m strides.
