*slooow...felt good but even when i felt like i was going fast, i was slow lol...having trouble sleeping but hopefully just pre-race suck

Still want you running long but with turkey trot on Thursday not too long.
I would be happy with an easy 8 to 9 miles today coming off the Fartlik...
Really nothing hard...
