Comments:
Came back and hit the roads just as it was getting dark out. I was in the mood, flying along on the way out and around the mall. I was all riled up from today. It wore off and I slowed down a little bit on the way back, showing my endurance. Still, felt better than yesterday.
Essentials: Stretch
Short stretch when I got back, legs feeling ok overall. It wasnt too cold out so thats not effecting them that much. Good back to back mileage for me so far this week.
