Ugly sweater 5k..,
Ok lady we are taking a chance today to get another solid 5k in.
You have to know that November has been s very promising and rewarding month with fantastic times and great races even in a monsoon storm!!

You've been racing a lot lately, so we really need today to be an as you feel type race. I have not tapered it for you so thee really is no pressure.
With that said, i know this course is flat and with descent weather , I think you can go out very close to 9:15 min. Pace and feel pretty comfortable.
Our focus has been on longer distances, but you have still got a tremendous amount of speed and tempo work under your belt to be able to go out there and feel pretty comfortable at a low 9 pace.

Try to stay with a group of runners as long as possible and let them do the work. Just like in that tempo workout the other day, if you take that first mile easy, I really think you can take some chances on the 2nd and 3rd miles and drop some fast ones!!


Have fun out there and believe your body can run faster than ever, but also keeping in mind that our goal race is in two weeks;)
