Hills
If possible I would like you to find a moderate hill that you can run up for about a minute or two.

Warm up 1 mikes easy

Run up hill moderately fast without walking for anywhere between 1 to 2 min.
Jog/ walk back down hill

Let's do this 6 to 8 times...

After the hill repeats,
Cooldown for about a mile wherever you want.
Let me know if you think this is doable....
