Comments:
Ran/improvised a new loop from home down to and around mass ave because I didd't have a ton of time today. Turns out except for the first downhill, it was basically all uphill, which was a little rough. Also somehow I managed to hit every singe stop signal, so I waited at pretty much every block. My legs actually weren't hurting that badly, but they just felt heavy and really really stiff and tight. Not quite sure why, but I think my shoes may have been tied to tightly and that kept my feet from relaxing, causing the rest of my legs to constrict? I didn't intend to be going this pace, will have to pay more attention to that.
