Comments:
Uptempo Run
No true long run but we are looking for 5 to 6 miles at uptempo pace.
So again, it's not a true tempo pace run, but if you are feeling good and the conditions are descent, let's try to keep a steady State pace of the high 10's.
You've been doing this on many runs anyway, so really it's just 5 to 6 miles similar to what you have been doing ...only its official this time!!!
