Warm up .5 miles easy

Run 5x 800m (.5 miles) with 400m (.25 miles) runs in between

These are 800 intervals but you are NEVER stopping so they are NOT all out like we do at the clinic or when we do straight out fast intervals.
The idea is to Run 800m (.5 miles ) shooting for about 4:40 to 5 min nothing too fast because the recovery is a 400m that is still moving but just slower. If possible, I would like the .25 recovery to be under 12 pace for you which means the .5's cannot be too fast !

I want to do about 5 of these keeping in mind that this is very much an endurance based workout and not about true speed.
If by the 3rd one, you feel it seems easy then feel free to speed up the .5's some but again, no stopping in between!!;)
