Comments:
So very cold. Did a steady then a mile tempo down beach drive and part of the way up the zoo, then steady the rest of the way home. The tempoing the hill up the zoo was a nice challenge. Didn't get my exact tempo split, but it was around 7:00 or 7:20 I think?
