7 miles @ Liberty Park. I was not going very fast and my HR reflected it (AVG 141). Felt better when I finished than when I started though, which is the goal. Stretch/Core at the YMCA after words. 800's in the morning. Would like to double but have to go to the Denison Formal. Another lesson in why girls are bad for running.
