Who needs extremities anyway?

Because mine have frozen off. I almost miss the 100° days of dcxc. Almost.

Anyway, aside from cold the run was alright. I'm feeling great cardiovascularly and my calves are definitely on the up, but the pain seems to have migrated to my ankles, which isn't ideal. I'll do more ankle strength and possibly switch up the shoes soon. Shorter run today as with all Tuesdays, and I didn't start my watch til a bit into the run, so here's a sample:
