Biked for 25 minutes, high intensity, high resistance. Felt really good. I definitely should get on the bikes at least once a week to give by calves a break and get a little more hip-flexor/quad/glute strength which I feel I've been needing more of. Did crunch progression after and just ordered new shoes!
www.snowdaycalculator.com says there is no chance of a snowday tomorrow, but hey, anything is possible.
