Comments:
3 miles of today's run were completely on snow. The City of East Lansing didn;t care to clear the river trail at all. However, once the trail hit Lansing, the trail was clear.

Because we were running on snow the whole time the pace was slower but the effort was still there. Legs were feeling pretty sore from doing speed for the first time in a long time last night, so the slower pace was good anyway.
