Well kids, it turns out that alcohol does indeed wear down your body. I had an ok workout tonight, but I was definitely hurting. Rip. We did 4x400 w/ 400 jog at mile pace, 1600m at base pace, then another 4x400 w/400m jog. I was ok for the first set of 400's but the second set of 400's were mighty difficult. Splits were as follows:
