Always Late to the Game

First of all, ok Austin I see you. That was the roast that I needed. If I can make it to the 600 on time, then prepare to get railed!

As for the workout, I ran a 9.5 minute warmup, 4 sets of 200, 200, 400 at mile pace with equal rest, 15 minute cool down and an extra 8 minute cool down. I got to the workout late because I forgot to do an assignment for a class RIP. Still did the workout though, but I did do it a bit too fast. I did the first 2 sets with the mid D squad and the last 2 sets alone.I never died during the workout, but the last set felt rougher than it should have. Either way, I feel like I'm in great shape and ready for the intrasquad meet on Wednesday. I'm hoping to get there on time and hopefully do well in the 600m or 2000m (or whatever ends up happening).

Overall another quality session and looking forward to Wednesday.
