I would say I'm about 90-95% healthy right now. Still coughing a bit but otherwise I feel ok. But unfortunately being sick and not swimming since Wednesday caused a drop in my fitness. Got in the pool and was mostly pretty slow:

2x500 moderate, 10x(50 strong/hard, 25 easy), 250 easy
