still sick a bit

Comments:
So I am still a bit sick. I was coughing still all day and at Jenison. The planned workout was 5 x (200, 200, 400) with same jogging rest but I only made it through 2 before dropping. Splits were as follows:

33.3, 33.7, 70.3
34.1, 34.6, 73.3

I dropped because I kept getting slower even though it kept feeling harder. Back to the drawing board to get ready for Friday.
