When people ask me why I don't trust the government I tell them it's because the government spends my taxpayer money so poorly. I would love to pay for taxes if it were being spent wisely, but unfortunately we just got a bunch of clowns in office who don't listen to what the PEOPLE want. Therefore, I see taxes more as stealing than as payment.

Today, I saw something that fueled this distrust that I have for the government. We did the bouncy bridge route, but alas THE GOVERNMENT TORE DOWN THE BRIDGE. I understand they are probably building a new bridge due to all the equipment and shit that was there, but WE DID NOT NEED A NEW BRIDGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TAXPAYER MONEY. I swear this bridge was probably taken down because some snowflake was walking across and felt that it was "unsafe" and proceeded to complain about it to the City of East Lansing. We didn't vote on this shit. This is democracy in america... How about instead of tearing down historic landmarks we instead legalize the good herb? I hate the government and its corruptness.

After we all paid our respects to the fallen bouncy bridge, it was a good rest of the run and my anger quickly subsided.
