Not sick anymore wooooooo! Tonight's workout was perfect. Hit perfect splits and it felt really really easy. It was just 4x1600 threshold w/1:00 rest and then 4x200 with 200 rest. splits:

33.7, 34.8, 32.4, 32.10

This workout started off again with me just running by myself. But after 3 I asked what the other boys were running and it turns out they were running the same speed as me so I told them that's wack and we all did the last one together.

Finally feeling healthy and confident for the 5k on Friday.
