QYURRYUS

Comments:
Today's workout was 1x600, 3x400, and 6x200 at mile pace. I also ran an extensive warmup and cool down as well. My legs felt pretty meh going into the workout, but my body was all in it. I hit close enough to all of the splits that I wanted and stayed consistent, so I was definitely happy with this workout. On the last 200, everyone else went for all out sprint, but I decided to hold back. I'm saving my 200m kick for Austin in the 800m at Saginaw this week ;) (There's a good chance me, Austin, Lucas, Tommy B, and Phil may be in the same 800 m heat). Overall, I'm happy with the workout and I'm gonna take it really easy to prepare for that mile-800 combo on Saturday.

Also I didn't know what to title this workout, so I titled it after the name of the new single from my favorite artists that came out today. I dare anyone on this log to look up "QYURRYUS" by the Voidz. You'll 1000% hate the song, but I'll respect anyone who can listen to the entire song without turning it off. 7.4/10 for me.
