See title. My calves were still hurting a lot from the weekend and therefore my splits were slow today. I still worked really hard and got through the whole workout so I guess I'm happy with it.

I did the whole thing by myself because although the other guys were the same speed or slightly faster on the intervals, I made sure to keep my legs moving on the jogging in between. I wasn't even going that fast - like 1:59 for each jogging 400. The other guys were probably taking 2:05-2:10 for each jog.

On these workouts it is really important to keep moving not too slow on the jogging intervals. If you go too slow then you might as well just take standing rest, which is not what this workout is working on. You gain the most benefit from these workouts by keeping moving not too slow even when you are really tired. Throughout this workout I didn't really get worse or get better; I kinda just felt trash the whole way. Splits:
