Comments:
legs still stiff from weekend race plus long run.
4.25 w/u, then 3 mi. @ 6 min. pace-- eased into it on first mile, then 5:56, then 5:52. then 1 mi. recovery, then 1.72 mi. at 5:52 pace. short cool down.
felt fairly non taxing, but legs were stiff and left hamstring started to hurt so I abandoned at this point. took ibuprofen and iced it afterwards. Don't think it's too serious.
