300s at AU with Jack, Jacoby, and Aaron. 10 of them, with a 200 afterwards (a 3200!). 100 meter recovery in between, 200 before the 2. Very consistent workout, and good teamwork too. Per usual, I paced the first half with Jack relaxing behind me, and Jack paced the second half, with me working off him. The bits of shin and knee pain I felt on the back way over were gone by the workout.
