I think hamstring issue is improving?
actually better when I ran faster on the intervals than on the jogging w/u and c/d.
used0.7% incline and held the reps to HMP rather than 10K pace which was prescribed. This felt fairly easy.
did a 4.5 mi. w/u, .25 mi. btw. reps., and 2 mi. c/d.
