Ohhh its been a while I think since a good lift. Got right to it. I was kinda wet from the rain and dried off quickly. Not too taxed wanted to feel it most in the deadlifts. Workout was:

3 sets of:
DB Shoulder press x10 (15 lbs)
DB Front Raise x10 (15 lbs)
DB Row x10 (15 lbs)
Tricep Press x10 (15 lbs)

3 sets of:
Straight Leg Deadlift x10 (50 lbs)
