*last mile was fastest. There was a girl running with terrrrible form going into my neighborhood that I just had to pass lol. Feeling loose though so hopefully tomorrow won’t suck. Hamstring still tight but rolling and stretching
Easy 3 miles coming off hard effort.
Don't care how fast at all!!!!
