Easyvrun with hills!

*did 5-6 hills and a super hilly route. I can put in splits if you want them
This onecan be done sat. Or Sunday.
Know you have princess next week but do want to get some strength building hills in if possible.

Hills
If possible I would like you to find a hill that you can run up for about a minute or two.

So it's 5 to 6 miles total, but whenever you want within run,
Find a hill and drive up hill moderately fast without walking for about 1 min.
Jog/ walk back down hill

Let's do this 4 to 6 times

After the hills finish rest of run easy.
