3.5 w/u,
then 5 X 1 mile @ 6:00 pace or faster.
first 3 with 1% incline, then 2 with .5% incline--lt hamstring started to hurt a bit after 5 so I just did a cool down. Should have opted for another recovery day after the weekend long run and 16.5 plus gym class on Sunday. Legs felt kinda dead during workout, but I thought hamstring would be ok.
