Finally started my daily workout plan! But that's getting interrupted tomorrow, so deal with it. Today's effort was with the Princeton Intervals folks, hills near Faculty road. Basically, 10x650m hill loop, with 2 min rest between each rep. Started out around 2:35, and gradually brought each rep down in time til the last one finished at 2:13. Felt really strong, I felt a little skittish at times though, since the road was broken in places, and wasn't super well lit. But it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall, I enjoyed it, looking forward to next week's thing!
