Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran a speed workout with the track team. Did a 2 mile warmup and stretch, 9 x 400, 4 x 200 and then a 3 mile cool down. My times for the 400's were: 87, 84, 84, 84, 83, 83, 83, 82, 82.The 20's were 39, 38, 37, 36. The cool-down was 6:57, 7:05, 7:53. Felt decent. Need to stretch more.
