Comments:
AM work session followed by a run. It was shorts weather, but kinda foggy out. Felt really good actually. Its nice to not run in the dark once and a while. I was just cruzing along doing what I needed to do. Pushed the pace going up and also felt smooth coming down the other way. Added on around Harvard St. like all the races back there do. I think it added on a little bit.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Knee not as tender as Tuesday when I smacked it. Felt fine actually. Rolling helped also I felt kinda tight around there. Past few weeks has been most steady mileage in a while an I thoroughly enjoy it.
