About trail loop with the boys. It was really warm and nice and I was really hungry. Paid my respects to KARL (I was the only one of course), and a car pulled into KARL's driveway just as I had gotten done. I cannot imagine that person's confusion.

I find it interesting how slow we take these runs now even when the paths are completely clear of snow. This past fall all the runs were sub7:00 pace and we were still doing brutal workouts of course. I guess I'm not TOO upset about going slow because that's what Paolo does now and he is clearly the fastest guy on the club. Although I am pretty sure Dr. Jack Daniels recommends going sub 7:00 pace know these runs for the fitness that we are in...
