Exercise Type: Swim

Comments:
Another great swim today. I think I can say I am actually feeling like I'm in shape now. This is what I did:

4x(200 hard, 150 easy. both on 2:50. avg. 2:30 for the 200's)
6x(100 hard, 75 easy. both on 1:25. avg. 1:13 for the 100's)
6x(50 hard, 25 easy. both on :45. avg. :33 for the 50's)

Rip Sean Virden though. He was riding along with this one guy who had a TCook-tier car that broke down in Fort Wayne. So Sean's dad is driving down to pick him up and get him to Lansing. Should be arriving by like 7 or 8 tonight.
