Exercise Type: Run

Ran down MacArthur to the one-lane bridge and back. Felt pretty good but my left leg around my calf and shin on the outside have felt sort of weak and unstable, not any pain, but just kind of floppy, for the past week or so, especially after States. I guess I'm just tired after a long season. I'll ice and roll and everything, and of course, take this next week or so easy. I won't be able to run at all when I'm at HMC so I'll be doing a few short runs this week before I leave.

I've come up with a cross of exercises from A and B day (which have slightly changed, I now have some chest exercises mixed in) that I can do with the equipment I have here at home. I did two sets of that "mixed" day, and some pushups. I also went on a hike earlier today. Stretching felt nice after this run, and it was a beautiful day to be outside! Ordered new shoes for the Spring season because I'm almost over 300 on these. I did some research and found that minimalist shoes like my Topos last only 200-400 miles instead of the normal lifespan of about 300-500 miles.
