So after the high of a really good swim this morning, our IM basketball team got beat by a bunch of freshmen. How embarrassing. We all played so bad. I played like just straight up trash. And then to make things worse, I completely failed this workout. I only made it through 3x3:00 at "5k" pace w/2:00 jog before just dropping because I was going so slow. I didn't even feel like I was breathing that hard; my legs just could not move. Fuck everything. I always have a few failed workouts like these a season but it just so demoralizing whenever it happens. UGH.
Nothing like having an awesome swim workout in the morning and then having a disasterclass like this in the evening.
