TOO ICY TO RUN OUTSIDE. GOT TO DO SOME HILL WORK AT POWERWORKS GYM ON RECOVERY DAY. ALTERNATED UP, DOWN, FLAT, CHANGING THE GRADE EVERY HALF MILE.
LEGS FELT PRETTY GOOD FOR A RECOVERY DAY. HAMSTRING ALMOST 100%. BARELY FELT IT ON THE UPHILLS.
NEW SHOES FELT GOOD.
ONLY PAIN WAS SOME RETURN OF THE MEDIAL LEFT ANKLE PAIN. (STARTED A COUPLE DAYS AGO--PART OF THE REASON I BOUGHT THE ADRENALINE SHOES AS THEY HAVE SOME MEDIAL SUPPORT)
