Another pretty good swim. I did 3x1000 on the 16:00. I definitely should have done them on the 15:00 because I getting hella lot of rest. I felt pretty good for the first two and then got really tired on the third. Splits:

13:17, 13:09, 13:23.

In previous editions of this workout, I have always hit around 13:20 for each one. But those were farther in the season, so even though I took extra rest today I still think I'm rollin good. And I really am pretty damn tired now so it was definitely still a good workout.

When I was peaking last July, I did this workout on the 15:00 hitting 13:17, 13:15, and 13:05. I'm far from peak shape right now, so I am very happy with where I am at.

Now for the rest of the day I am going to power study for my exam at 8:30am tomorrow so that I can feel a little less degenerate going for a drink or two with Riley later tonight. I know I said I was gonna go on hiatus until Saturday night, but I gotta do this for Riley. Plus, I ain't soft. Ok I'm gonna stop logging now so that I can get back to studying.
