Mile repeats

Comments:
This can be done no latter than Tuesday and is dependent on how body is feeling.
So since we didn't get the 2x 3 mike in last week, I want to shoot for something fast and simple today.

Warm up 1 mile easy

Run 3x 1 mile at tempo with a full 3 to 4 min break in between each mile .

Not looking for anything crazy, but I think anything sub -0 or mid 9's would be great if feeling descent .

Cooldown 1 mile easy for a total of 5 for the day!
