This workout started pretty dank but then my poor nutrition over the past 24 hours caught up to me.

I found this dank paved trail about a mile north of our resort right by a sewage plant. The prescribed workout was 8x800 at 5k pace with 400 jog. But since I did this workout entirely based off my GPS watch, so the distances were really 804 and 402 meters. Splits:

Avg. 2:32.5 (5:05/mile pace for a 15:47 5k. Not that bad actually)

Suffered on the last one, hence the title. My GPS was actually pretty accurate as I turned around after 4 reps and ended within .01 of a mile of where I started. The first 4 reps were with the wind and the second 4 were against the wind hich kinda helps explain the failure at the end. But losers make excuses and winners make it happen so never mind.

So yeah not the best workout but this week is about just maintaining fitness which is something I think I accomplished just fine today. Afterwards I still did 4x200 becaus ei ain't soft and those fucking sucked.

Apart from running, PCB is pretty lit. We will be going to some Mardi gras party tonight and hanging out with Lil Jon tomorrow so I'll inform y'all about that in future logs.
