Weather: Great running temperature, dressed too warm though

Comments:
Was suppose to do fartlek workout on track. Did the fast 400, slow 400, fast 300 and then just ran kind of randomly/slowly around inside of track with sara and cara. Ran like 2 goof off miles, and then ran around barefoot for like a half a mile. Was a fun day
